Cypress Body Bootcamp is amazing! It has changed my life in the last few months. Ami is wonderful and encouraging. The women in this group have become friends and made working out an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good workout to come and try Cypress Body Bootcamp.

I have been going to Cypress Body Bootcamp regularly for over six years and it has changed my life. I have always struggled to be consistent with any exercise program, but no more. Because of Ami's encouragement and expertise, I am fit and healthy, and my kids have started exercising too. Getting up for a 5am class is hard, no doubt, but worth it!

This is the best workout class I've ever taken, and I've done quite a few. Ami is so energetic it's contagious! She is warm and welcoming and while leading the class she is positive and encouraging. The workouts are always different and give the opportunity to push yourself to your max. Also, the women who workout here are accepting and kind and encourage each other in their fitness journeys. I highly recommend giving this class a shot. Your body will thank you and it's a great positive start to your day!
