The employees are very sweet and patient.
I was contacted by a gentleman at the bank Harold Kennington who was so kind in helping resolve my issues with the drive thru! Never thought anyone would reach out over a review but he did and now after his call i will happily remain a customer!
If you go inside, the service is wonderful. The people are great but in that drive-through they act like you do not exist every time they are so slow it’s ridiculous and it’s only gotten worse over time. Definitely got me thinking about switching banks which sucks after bring with them so long!
