We had a boiler repaired. They were here 2 hours and replaced 2 valves and a small pipe. There was no problem with the workmanship. They charged an outrageous price for labor. We had to pay for the cost of an apprentice who stood around asking questions and didn't do any of the repair. That's unfair. The cost was $210/hour for labor! We are fair and reasonable people and expect that from others doing repairs at our home. Be careful and get a bid before committing. We went off of a neighbors recommendation and now we know.

I have received services from Cypress 4 times since 2021. The first three times I received services directly from Chris himself and was quite satisfied. The price went up a little bit on the third time, but that is to be expected with time and cost of materials going up. The 4th time Chris sent someone else out for the same services Chris did in the past and the bill was much higher! I am writing this review after thinking about it for a while as I figured it’s better for people to know. I have received services from Cypress 4 times since 2021. The fist two times I received services from Chris I was quite satisfied and would have given him 4 stars for quality of work and how quick he attended to the issue. Chris was recommended to me through a mutual client so I felt confident I would have a positive experience. Chris' workers were top notch, professional and nice. Unfortunately Chris is rude has terrible customer service and doesn't respond. Has a huge chip on his shoulder. For how expensive he is $200/hr you would expect kind service. I do not recommend!!
