I am writing this review after thinking about it for a while as I figured it’s better for people to know. I have received services from Cypress 4 times since 2021. The fist two times I received services from Chris I was quite satisfied and would have given him 4 stars for quality of work and how quick he attended to the issue. I am not sure what has happened since then but the third time he came out it got more expensive. Chris was recommended to me through a mutual client so I felt confident I would have a positive experience. Chris' workers were top notch, professional and nice. Unfortunately Chris is rude has terrible customer service and doesn't respond. Has a huge chip on his shoulder. For how expensive he is $200/hr you would expect kind service. I do not recommend!! Cypress B Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. Chris and his staff came out and replaced my water heater and replaced some gate valves for ball valves. They were very punctual, communicated well, and did a great job. Overall, i found them to be professional and have confidence in the work that they provided. Thanks guys.
