Chris was recommended to me through a mutual client so I felt confident I would have a positive experience. Chris' workers were top notch, professional and nice. Unfortunately Chris is rude has terrible customer service and doesn't respond. Has a huge chip on his shoulder. For how expensive he is $200/hr you would expect kind service. I do not recommend!! Cypress B Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. Chris and his staff came out and replaced my water heater and replaced some gate valves for ball valves. They were very punctual, communicated well, and did a great job. Overall, i found them to be professional and have confidence in the work that they provided. Thanks guys.

The gas went out in our house this week due to a frozen gas meter. I called Chris Blea at Cypress B Plumbing. Chris Blea is a SUPERSTAR! I called him when our heat went out and he answered his phone and showed up earlier than promised. He was detailed, responsive, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem with no delay. His price was extremely reasonable and I'd give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Chris for all your plumbing needs!
