I took my truck so they could repair an oil leak and instead of fixing it they made it worse. Someone recommended them to me but it wasn't worth it. Now I've got a worst problem than when I took it in.

Called about getting a quote for repair on a axle seal, guy tells me he doesn't work on those and that i need to go to a transmission shop, yet there's people in these comments who had transmission repair services done and it was simply just a leaking CV axle, drive train component, not transmission. Only thing you might have to mess with is pushing a small seal into a hole before replacing the CV axle.
Do not ! REPEAT Do not use this place . I took my car in for a motor mount. They didn't put the hose on the coolant to the radiator and my heads cracked. They took no accountability. Still isn't taking responsibility!
I have known Namat since he opened Cypress Automotive in the 1980's. As others have said, he is a man who can be trusted. I've owned a lot of cars in my life, and his shop has put their hands on almost every one of them. The only ones he hasn't worked on are those I didn't keep long enough to take to him. Last week he replaced a valve cover gasket on our old 2002 Ford Ranger. The work was completed in one day, which I didn't expect but definitely appreciated.
