This place is a 100% fantastic. I had 2 windows replaced, and the owner goes above and beyond. To really help you get everything done. I will use them every time i'm going to need something done to my car. I highly refer them to anybody who's looking for a great glass place.
I still highly recommend but I’m editing my review due to an issue that occurred. Please take pictures before having work done so if there is any damage done to the dashboard or side moldings you have a reference point. They have replaced glass in every one of my vehicles and this is the first time I had an issue. They did a back window with a motor slide and it was perfect. They even came to my 90 yr old mother in laws to replace her mustang windshield. I still highly recommend.
I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500. After calling around Mike Tamok was there to help. He also found some rust behind my windshield that he took care of before installing my new windshield. Thank you Mike. I will be back next time. Wade.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a great or complete experience with Cypress Auto Glass. Scheduling and communication started off great. They had promised me a space where I could work while they replaced the windshield. When I got there, that "space" was a smelly room with a sofa, tv, and folding chairs...not really a place to work. I made it work and was there over 30 mins before they came out to tell me that they didn't have the right windshield for my vehicle. Mike with Cypress Auto Glass took excellent care of my Toyota at his shop off Spring Cypress. I needed my rearview mirror professionally attached, and the side weather strips repaired. This was my first time using Cypress Auto Glass, and I am very pleased.
