Great no nonsense experience with Cypress on the purchase of a used F550 delivery van. Aaron was very accommodating and made sure the unit was all ready to go as promised, I would use Cypress again.

I bought a transit connect from Cypress. Counter to Aaron’s claim that the vehicle was in great shape and no room to move the price. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The transmission fluid was sludge, and the whole thing needed to be replaced and after talking to the mechanic fixing it and another from the neighborhood I was given the same advice. There is no way they didn’t know this when they sold it to you. Cypress auto brockers is a totally unscrupulous company and should be avoided at all cost

First of all, I'd like to point out that the salesperson we communicated with was very nice and attentive. We were heading for 2006 BMW 325i. Aaron offered a good price, provided us with full description of the car and we were about to make a payment when all of a sudden we discovered that the car is not as advertised. In fact we found out that some quite important options were missing. Furthermore, the lack of those options significantly depreciated the car's value. We are extremely happy with our experience with Aaron at Cypress Auto Brokers. Great communication, no pressure sales tactics, and very honest and transparent service. We felt we got a great vehicle at a very fair price. Aaron let us get a pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic as well which helped us feel very confident in the vehicle we were purchasing.
