First of all, I'd like to point out that the salesperson we communicated with was very nice and attentive. We were heading for 2006 BMW 325i. Aaron offered a good price, provided us with full description of the car and we were about to make a payment when all of a sudden we discovered that the car is not as advertised. We are extremely happy with our experience with Aaron at Cypress Auto Brokers. Great communication, no pressure sales tactics, and very honest and transparent service. We felt we got a great vehicle at a very fair price. Aaron let us get a pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic as well which helped us feel very confident in the vehicle we were purchasing. Service these days always seems lacking but my experience purchasing a vehicle at Cypress Auto Brokers was flawless. Aaron was so helpful. He stayed in regular contact without putting pressure on me to buy. When it came time to get the vehicle, Aaron picked me up from the ferry terminal and I was back on the road with it in no time. I never thought I would feel that relaxed buying a vehicle.
These gentlemen were extremely easy to deal with. No pressure, transparent and coordinated timely pickup and insurance as promised.
Honest - Integrity - Fair Had a really nice experience buying a vehicle with Cypress recently - I found a Chevy Trax on offer and was what I was looking for to replace my older vehicle.
