BUYERS AND RENTERS BEWARE! This building is infested with Phorrid flies that come from the garbage room and garbage chutes and then travel through the hallways and infest your units. All my neighbours on the 3rd floor are experiencing this. There are also problems with the building structure and every unit on the 3rd floor is experiencing water damage coming through the ceilings. Management has done nothing about either problem for 3 years.
