A group of 11 of us are from out of town. Went to take our 5 kids to swim here and was told we all had to have our ID’s. Only one of the 6 adults did not have theirs but the receptionist still would not make an exception and was very rude. Went to use their bathrooms before we left to find another pool and there was feces on all of the toilets and had several homeless shacking it up in there. I just wanted to swim didn’t see on the website where you have to have id to swim drove an hour to swim just to have to come back home which is not that big of a deal but the lady was rude. I went swimming today and can’t even have peace because the life guard keeps whistling for no reason constantly
Keep website updated! I showed up at 10 AM with all four of my grandchildren and all of our glory our drinks and snacks and everything at the pool only to be turned away to say they don’t open till 12 because of summer camp, fix the website and let people know that it doesn’t open up until 12 noon!!!!! It’s hot and inconvenient to tell four little one they have to wait two more hours! KEEP WEBSITE UPDATED FOR THE PUBLIC PLEASE‼️This disabled Grandma will appreciate it!
My only complaint is that at 615pm they shut down the slide and water area and made us get out the pool even though they close at 7pm. I expected at least 630-640 to do that.
