They have always treated me and my boy extremely well. Recommend treatments and tests have been pertinent to the situation. I highly recommend.
I had my first appointment with this facility. After years of going to the same vet I decided to find something closer to home. He had been to the vet just two months prior to this appointment at Cypress Animal Hospital. For starters, my concerns were not properly addressed. Questions left unanswered. After the appointment I called back and was promised a phone call that I never received which was to answer the questions that should’ve been answered at the appointment.
