I had surgery today and the staff is excellent! I recommend Cypress to anyone who has pain. I'm going to have a surprise for them on Friday.
This place is ridiculous appointment at 1030 and its 1230 and still waiting in the freaken lobby.
MOST of the employees are nice, and a few are awesome. CONS: there is 1 person that is down right rude all the time. Other is the wait time can sometimes be ridiculous and is horrible when your in pain and u gotta way 2 hrs just to go into the back.
All employees are really nice. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
