I have lived at Cypress since Nov 2021 and have renewed my lease 3 times. We really like living here. It is peaceful and beautiful environment. The management and maintenance team are friendly and approachable, and resolve issues quickly.
Lori and Alexis are amazing, very professional and vey friendly at the same time , great people and very nice apartment complex
If I could give this property a zero I would. If you can find a better property please do so. The property manager is a lying manipulative defensive individual. Make sure you read the lease in its entirety, the unit they lure you in with will not be the unit you are given once the lease is signed. They make you believe you’ll get the exact unit you tour but once you sign the lease they will give you a different unit claiming they do not have that exact unit. Parking is a real issue here, and I doubt anyone would disagree. I always had a hard time finding a spot if I came home after 6 p.m. The rooms are overpriced, dark, and lack proper lighting, so I had to keep the lights on throughout the day. There is no walkway, which is especially challenging when walking with kids.
