The apartments are nice, the area is super convenient, and the people here are awesome. I’ve made a bunch of friends and the staff is always really helpful. It’s clean, quiet, and just has a good vibe overall. Definitely happy to call this place home.

Don’t do it. The grounds are disgusting. The gym is not as advertised. They don’t fix anything they just paint over it. The building itself is extremely dated. The water smells like sewage because they use a septic tank. I was talking to the manager at Venus nail spa and he said he has to pour bleach down the drain multiple times a day to kill the smell. My thoughts of cypress apartments I thought it would be a great place to move and live with my family, but after all I went through trying to get approved was a hassle. They don't communicate or never answer the phone you have to keep calling. Lori will pretend like she is helping you, but in all she's a joke.
