Cypress apartment house they are amazing. They have a wonderful management team Jennifer the property manager. She is amazing. She will know work with you. Try to accommodate what you need. They all have good attitudes. The maintenance team is awesome. I highly recommend this property to anyone that’s looking to lease.
The staff is vey friendly, professional and quick to solve all my issues. I also wanted to share my experience with the new WiFi service. Registering was real quick and nothing to worry about. That is where Aerwave will send you your login which is your Cypress email and an encrypted password. Don’t lose it. I initially had a couple of questions for there support team. I scheduled an appointment I drove far to get here and no one is here not a soul in sight. The sign says be back at 11:30 when our appointment was at 11 seems like management already cannot even be organized enough to check their schedules.
