Don’t do it. The grounds are disgusting. The gym is not as advertised. They don’t fix anything they just paint over it. The building itself is extremely dated. The water smells like sewage because they use a septic tank. I was talking to the manager at Venus nail spa and he said he has to pour bleach down the drain multiple times a day to kill the smell. My thoughts of cypress apartments I thought it would be a great place to move and live with my family, but after all I went through trying to get approved was a hassle. They don't communicate or never answer the phone you have to keep calling. Lori will pretend like she is helping you, but in all she's a joke. DO NOT RENT HERE !!! I swear they will let u move in free they will charge you for everything including things they cause example i moved in with a black stain on my carpet i documented that black stain but was charged for it when i left . And when i asked them about the charge the property manager made up many lies to try to get me to pay for it when i documented the day i moved in !! I just toured here and I am really impressed! The apartments are beautifully laid out and the complex is very clean. Alexys is amazing. She seems like she genuinely cares about the residents. This place is a hidden gem!
