Here is my response to a survey I received on my "lease renewal process" survey : "It's best if I keep my experiences and 6 year history to myself. Some is good and some is bad. Manager is very passive aggressive, trash stays scattered about the property, ac units are old and there are so many flood lights and lighting in every corner of the property it stays lit up and causes headaches, not to mention the light pollution is strong over there. Roaches everywhere, in pipes, walls, etc. So glad I’m gone.

this place does not pick up the trash the apartment mgt hires a 3rd party but they dont do anything to reprimand the 3rd party thats why this place is infested with roaches, despite numerous pest controls the roaches are still there because the trash is not picked up on time. Don’t be fooled to think this place is clean.
