My thoughts of cypress apartments I thought it would be a great place to move and live with my family, but after all I went through trying to get approved was a hassle. DO NOT RENT HERE !!! I swear they will let u move in free they will charge you for everything including things they cause example i moved in with a black stain on my carpet i documented that black stain but was charged for it when i left . And when i asked them about the charge the property manager made up many lies to try to get me to pay for it when i documented the day i moved in !! I just toured here and I am really impressed! The apartments are beautifully laid out and the complex is very clean. Alexys is amazing. She seems like she genuinely cares about the residents. This place is a hidden gem!
I have had the most amazing experience with the staff here at Cypress! Lori and Alexzys are the besttttttt! The maintenance men are also absolutely FANTASTIC. I wish I could just give them 10 stars each. They're very personable and will always stop and say hi or pet your doggies! They have made me and my daughter feel so welcome over the past year and have made Cypress feel like home. Thank all of you for being so great always! - Abbey, Nova, and Rain <3
