Every morning started with cockroaches in the kitchen. Also other insects were found on daily basis. We had electricity problems 2 times during the year.
Love the apartment, love the complex. Staff is great. No hassle, super simple.
My experience has been good. Office staff is responsive, and easy to work with. I will say that I wish there was more play space for kids. Many neighbors don’t want kids playing in the only grassy areas, and I understand, but this property has more designated play space for dogs than kids. It’s frustrating because when kids want to be outside they have no place to go other than the pool and that isn’t always an option.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the maintenance people on a few occasions. The experience is always great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. My issues are usually resolved within 24 hours. The only time it isn’t is when a part needs to be ordered. I am very pleased with everything.
