I frequent the boat launch at the state park, and it’s excellent. The layout is easy to navigate, and traffic is usually light. There are two wide ramps separated by a central dock—each ramp can easily accommodate two boats at once. Cypremort Point is a beautiful park with gorgeous scenery and peaceful surroundings. It is a great place to relax, fish, or just enjoy the water and sunsets. However, it is a shame that such a pretty park is not being properly maintained. It is clear there is no regular cleaning crew because the bathrooms, showers, and washroom were absolutely disgusting and had a terrible smell. With just a little more attention to cleanliness, this park could easily be a five star destination.
