I had a horrible experience with Dr. Weeks. She messed up my Pap Smear exam, such that I had to come back in to get it redone. Then she coded it as an office visit rather than a wellness visit. She then had many opportunities to change it and chose not to. Everyone there had zero compassion or interest in fixing the problem. Their Office Manager Tammy Johnson was particularly unsympathetic and unhelpful. They also messed up some lab tests so I had to come back to redo those too. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.
Dr. Weeks is HORRIBLY unprofessional!! Had to schedule my appointment a year out (for the 2024), and I just got a TEXT that she has canceled my appointment and she's decreasing her hours and will take additional months to get an appointment with her ... 🫡
I never had the opportunity to actually have an appointment with Dr. Weeks. She had several high stars in reviews and made an appointment to establish a primary care physician in the area. I recently moved here and have to restart all of my physicians. I scheduled an appointment in March for July 26th as that was the first appointment available for new patients. In late June I was told that Dr. Weeks had to reschedule my July 26th appointment as she was taking a vacation day. I have no problem with someone taking a vacation ... read more
