Cynthia is kind, very responsive, and kept working for us even after we closed on our house. We did not move in right away and were out of state for a few months. She was our boots on the ground when we had multiple complications with the previous owners. We really appreciated her willingness to keep in touch and help us navigate some less-than-delightful situations.
