As a former Active Duty Soldier and current Army Reservist that now calls Pensacola home, I am please to have Cynthia as my primary care manager (PCM). She has always taken excellent care of not only myself, but also my family. My Wife and I are always pleased with the service we receive from her. If she does not have the answer to the issue, Cynthia has no issues admitting so, making a plan of action or putting a referral in for a specialist that can look into that particular issue deeper.

As a fellow health care professional it's sad to see how little many of the staff members care about patients here. Cynthia's attitude is usually a hit or miss. Out of the times I have either come as a patient myself, or assisted my mother, 8/10 times she had a rude and unfriendly demeanor. She always puts off a too busy to help attitude. Patient care never feels like it's top priority with her. We did see Dr. Atwood and he was more than amazing in addressing my mothers needs as a last minute add on.
