She is my mother’s primary care. Her reception staff suck. They are very Blasé and unconcerned with everything. The only answers you get from them are “maybe” and “I’ll let her know”. Most recently, my mother saw her for a pre-surgery Clearance appointment, In which Cynthia needed to review her lab work to send to the surgeon.
