Came multiple times. She was very dismissive and rushing. I asked for ultrasound and she makes it seem like I was asking too much. Asked for temporary solution and she cut me off and said with “that’s just temporary, if you want to stop this then do this”. She lacks of empathy for her patient.
When my wife visited she was cold, treated her like it was her fault for her diagnosis and has no reason being in a customer supportive position as she lacks any empathy and becomes defensive when you simply ask her regarding making a mistake with a diagnosis. Run the other way if you are scheduled with Cynthia unless you like a cold demeanor with no empathy for her patients feelings!
The way Cynthia treats OBGYN patients is incredibly disturbing.
Horrible horrible experience with this office, been trying to get in for a high risk pregnancy only to be treated like rubbish by the rude front desk staff who didn't even bother checking my insurance to verify when I drove 30 minutes to be seen by them(happened twice). I called the insurance card I gave them on the drive home only to be told my insurance was active and one of the offices accepted insurances. Their customer service staff is the worst and I would never recommend them because of the pain and emotional torment ... read more
