Cynthia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was my first time with her, and she truly went above and beyond for me. She even fit me in on a Sunday when she normally doesn’t work because I told her how badly I needed my extensions done. That alone meant so much, especially since she’s booked out until summer. I first started going to Cynthia after having a bad experience elsewhere. Fairly new to the area and couldn’t find anyone as good as my hair expert in my home city. I just moved to Alexandria from Florida back in November. While wrapping up my life in Florida in December, I also got a stylist in Florida to install 3 rows of brand new Bellami hair. By the next week, my middle row was falling out. I contacted many salons in the area and received poor customer service or excuses as to why they couldn't fix the one row that was falling out.
