3/3/2022 After reading the other reviews, I felt it was important to add this. Twice this experience has happened to me. The office improperly coded my visit and it was denied by insurance. One was corrected after several calls and letters. The other one was just ignored. I asked Summit to appeal for me and they just ignored me. The insurance company insisted on this and Summit just did not reply. I gave up. I keep getting bills from Summit. If they put a collection notice on my credit report, I will go after them. I have been a patient of Dr. Sagulo for years. She is the best of the best. Caring, patient with her patients, and straight forward.
Ridiculous that you have to constantly come in just to get a refill. PAPSMEARS ARE NOT MANDATORY AND SHOULD NOT BE FORCED ON PATIENTS JUST TO GET A REFILL
