Cynthia is very caring Aprn She takes the time to explain everything and I am grateful for all her help. I would highly recomend her.
Cindy is super. Hartford Health Care not so much. Instead of a survey on an individual you should ask about how long you are hold before you talk to someone, that is after you have been transferred and put on hold. Or how about you call in August for a physical because your insurance wants on before year end and you get told nothing available till 2024. Or better yet, you make an appointment a year in advance and dr. cancels and you go to the end of the line, like you just called for the appointment.
