When you go in for one thing and they charge for another, and then when asked about it said, its the insurance fault on how they code it, or some nonsense. In short, I have over a $400 collection now for work they did not do. They care little about healthcare, and more about getting money.
Had a great experience. Dr. Ripsin took time with me and really listened to my concerns. I would recommend this Doctor.
Best family medicine physician I have been to. With warm welcome, Dr. Ripsin listened to everything I had to say, she took her time and fully explained her reasons behind everything. I will recommend anyone to her.
Horrible! Arrived promptly as instructed by confirmation text and was asked to reschedule and leave because there was no time to do paperwork which I had never been told about. They could not show an email or text asking me to come early and were rude.
Dr. Ripsin is a very kind and patient physician. I felt she heard my concerns and responded with a good treatment plan that was both conservative and impactful. I am frustrated with the Methodist system, however, but that is not the fault of the doctor. My tip is that if you want to communicate with Dr. Ripsin, use the Methodist communication tool. Don't try to call!
I felt like my concerns were not met. And when I got my bill I was charged for services not performed. Very disappointing.
They are very deceptive. They will over charge you for services and charge you and your insurance company for services they did not do. Be careful. I would recommend anyone else but these people.
Very competent and thorough physician, patient sensitive, conservative diagnostician and especially knowledgeable in geriatrics.
Dr. Ripsin was disrespectful, condescending very patronizing. I will not be back to this Dr.
