Optum and her office are the worse. To schedule an appointment especially for something urgent is almost impossible. You can never reach them directly. The staff drops the ball and moves very slowly. It's simply a fast food operation. Get as many patients as you can to bill the insurance and get those bonuses.
I changed my doctor because I was having issues with my former doctor. Fortunately, I ended up with Dr. Cynthia Pike. She is one of my favorite doctors. She always take great care of me. She makes sure that I have everything I need for great health......going above and beyond. She always take her time with me. I never feel rushed. I love Dr Pike, she is very caring and responsive over the app. That being said it always takes months to get an appt with her so I often have to go to urgent care of it's something that can't wait.
