Everyone in the office is always very nice and pleasant! I feel like once in the room I'm always in there for a bit between the time they do my vitals and questions and then by the time she comes in the room, which can always be a bit frustrating. I understand things get behind and people have questions. I always hate when people rush me out the door, especially doctors. We are not numbers, we are people, and Dr. Okin always treats me with kindness and respect. She always makes time to answer my questions. I appreciate that.
