I would say this review is more for the practice in general. If you look at the administrative reviews they have under 3 stars. I called to switch to a new doctor in that office - I have been a patient of theirs for 3-4 years. They said they had to check to see if I could switch (which is weird because I work in medicine and I know the patient can choose their provider??) anyways - they told me that no one was accepting new patients. Horrible customer service. 3 weeks before my appointment (that I made several months ago) I get a text saying Dr Roever isn't taking new patients? Why not tell me that months ago when I made the appointment? Now I have to start the process all over again. Just awful.
