Do not see this doctor. Her practices are sneaky in character and I do not feel the well being of her patience are at her beat interest. All about that insurance money. She will exaggerate your medical reports and run all unnecessary tests on you just for that insurance check.
Dr. Mangubat is efficient and thorough. She took me quickly as a new patient, even though I was on Medicaid. I felt confident that I was being taken care of. She took the time to explain my results. I plan to go back.
I could not say enough good things about Dr. Mangubat and her staff. Dr. Mangubat is knowledgeable, empathetic, conscientious, and down to earth. She truly has a passionate heart for providing the best care possible for women and children. The office staff members are professional, happy to help and treat everyone like family. For 14 years I’ve been dealing with miscarriages and abnormal painful heavy periods. While other people want to shame other dr’s, I won’t mention the other dr I transferred from. I was warned by the midwife on staff not to allow the dr to give me birth control due to estrogen causing blood clots if you have migraines. Yet that was the treatment. But I will say Dr Mangubat was the first dr I saw that even suggested for me to get a biopsy to check for cancer. Thank God I found out early!
I have been a patient for the past 3-4years and I have nothing but good experience with this OBGyne. I have gone to 2 other doctors in the past before finally settling with Dr. Mangubat who I find easier to talk to, attentive and make my visits always pleasant. I would recommend her to family and friends!

Awful experience. She spends minimal time with you and consistently makes you feel as if she has somewhere better to be.
