She was my dr for several years and felt that I could never get a straight answer out of her. I went home with the same questions and concerns I arrived with. Then she left town with barely a months notice and her staff told patients it was b/c AR law would not let her do plastic surgery. Huh?
The doctor is a nice lady but it ends there. It was a long wait to be seen, the actual visit seemed rushed, issues were not addressed and questions barely answered. The follow-up is worst/nonexistent; I had office staff trying to review my results with me which was unhelpful/unprofessional. Will not be returning nor recommending this office to anyone. We pay to much for healthcare to receive poor service. She will give you half-answers and minimize your concerns. I did not have a good experience.
More than a year ago I visited this office for my first pelvic exam. I was very worried, but the doctor and the nurse were ambivalent, even though I was crying. They made no effort to calm me down or to inform me of what would happen during an exam; they knew it was my first visit. She was extremely attentive and explanatory. She helped me with a polycystic ovarian issue and endomyetriosis. She personally called me at home to check on me after a few days after a laproscopy. She was absolutely wonderful through my first pregnancy. I was so sad when she quit delivering babies and I had to change doctors for my other two pregnancies!
My first and last visit. She was a nice lady, but very unhelpful. I felt like she was trying to rush me out her office so that she could get to her other patients. I asked her questions and she never answered any straight up. I asked her about birth control options and she only told me about the one that she had samples of in her office, that I was not interested in using but she wasn't trying to hear me out.
