Cindy was extremely unprofessional while testing my 4 year old daughter comparing her to other patients that she has had. She also gave us a referral to a doctor that doesn't even see pediatric patients and he doesn't place tubes in ears either and that is what she is needing. If you are looking for sympathy and understanding I would definitely look elsewhere! We have decided to go to Children's Hospital for a second opinion.
