Terrible. Makes you wait forever and then rushes you when you finally see her. Also, not at all helpful in assisting with insurance coverage for services or medication.
I have been with Dr. Knowles for almost 20 years... She is by and far one of the most efficient, reactive High level quality medical care. Takes her time during an appointment does not rush you lets you bring up your concerns. Staff is Amazing
Very friendly office staff. The wait is usually short and on time. Dr Knowles is a caring and thorough doctor. Always follows up after test are done. I would highly recommend this doctor. Have been a patient of hers for over 10 years.
