I had a terrible sinus problem. She sent me to an allergist and then an immunologist and 6 months later to an ENT doctor who told me I had had a virus un my right sinus and that is why I can no longer taste or smell!!!!! I have a new doctor, but it is too late for my lack of taste and smell!!!
72 year old and experienced the worst doctor visit in my life! Dr. Cynthia Medina is lacking compassion and patience. Was annoyed and went on the defensive when asked why she never referred me for a free lung screening. She responded that I wouldn't qualify! I started smoking at 16 a pack a day until late 50's. Isn't that more than 25 years? She yelled and stormed out of the room in a totally unprofessional manner. I will never return.
