I have had the pleasure of working with Cynthia throughout the years on several transactions. She is professional and prompt. Our most recent experience ended with a full price offer 4 days on the market. She promptly arranged staging, an open house, and marketing materials. She took the time to learn not only our neighbor but our street. She spoke to neighbors and used those connections to sell the house. I am constantly impressed by her.
