Dr Magsam was very knowledgeable and had a great bed side manner. I felt like she listened to my concerns regarding menopause and offered an excellent treatment plan. Her staff member that roomed me was kind, welcoming and thorough. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
Dr Magsam was very professional in her assessment and knowledgeable about prescribed treatment. She answered all my questions thoroughly.
This is the absolute worst, uncaring, dismissive doctor I have ever been to. She did not care about my concerns with the very serious condition that I have. She also had a horrible bedside manner during a procedure I sadly had to have with her. After the procedure, she literally got up and walked out of the room in the middle of me asking questions about next steps. What a joke of a “Doctor”. It seems like she only cares about the paycheck.
Listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, came up with an agreeable treatment plan. Very kind and professional!
Waiting time was reasonable, staff were welcoming and friendly, Dr. Magsam give the time to her patients and listen to them, I felt comfortable talking to her.
