Paid Cynthia to write a letter for me. She said it wouldn't take long. Months later and several calls and trips to her office later and still no letter. I kept being told by her many secretaries (which she could never keep) that she would type the letter up next week. Haha, next week never came. I finally got tired of messing with her and called NOLO which told me to send her a certified letter telling her I didn't think she had my best interest at heart. I wanted my money back!
