The doctor was a no show despite my getting an email the day before and confirming electronically. Her staff said, in classic lack of ownership style, they had "no responsibility" for the system. This is pretty bad after not taking antihistamines for a week and taking a morning off work.

She did not give us very much time, seemed very rushed. Staff is totally useless, we sat and listened to them talk about what they did the night before. Scripts are hard to get pre-certified and they are just not accommodating at all.
