Dr.Winne was very straightforward.However my appointment was at 0930 I was not seen until close to 1030, with no explanation until I asked.When did it was dismissed because I had arrived early.The nurses gave me no explanation of what they were doing.
I liked Dr.Winni, she is good at what she does and is very trustworthy. Unfortunately its her staff, I found them to be very unprofessional, rude, and never want to deal with them again, especially Gwen. I was in agony, with a abscess and they made me wait 2 1/2hrs. When I asked why I had to wait that long, the girl that had brought me in the back, told me to not take it out on her. I started to cry and just walked out. No one called me to apologize or explain what or why that had happened.
