I called this office to get assistance with my situation. I was emailed an intake form, which I filled out. I was given a day and time to call in for my initial consultation. When that day and time came, I called in as instructed. The person that answered the phone told me that I would be receiving a phone call instead even though the email I received said for me to call in.
