THIS OUTRAEGOUS I AM LATE FOR 1 MINUTE CALLED BEFOREHAND ,SHE TOLD ME WITH ATTITUDE THAT IT WAS OK AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WONT SEE US , ITS JUST WRONG.
She was the first pediatrician I took my baby to! My baby was a lil bit underweight and having trouble latching! She assure me that everything was perfect that I was doing a great job and that we had no troubles in sight! I love her and recommend her nonstop!!
Cynthia Roque was my kids primary care for years. I don't have nothing different to say about her than she is a brilliant doctor. She is so kind, a brilliant doctor with a lot of knowledge working with children. Also I have to add that when it comes to children with special needs, she takes the time that each priority situation requires.
This place is terrible for taking care of your children's health, starting with the people at the front desk. They always have a sour face, they don't want to speak Spanish, especially one of them, I asked her if she spoke Spanish and she said no, 10 minutes later I heard her speaking Spanish with another person. Nemours offers a language translation service, but they don't know that the people at the front desk have no sense of customer service; they are always angry. There are never dates, seriously?
