Awsome Food (and drinks) We used this caterer for our wedding and the food WAS something people remembered (especially the collosal coconut shrimp - delicious!) Great selection to choose from. The presentation is that of a fine restaurant - not the usual banquet style. The Best We contracted Cynthia Brooks Catering for our wedding and could not have been happier with their services. From our first phone call, (yes a real person answered) we felt we were in good hands. The ladies in the office answered all of our questions no matter how silly I thought it was, with patients and kindness. Feast on herb-roasted chicken or poached salmon with lovely sauces and accompanied by a variety of sides, including mashed potatoes and green beans almandine, as well as citrus salad, beet salad, and chocolate chip cookies. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Our guests were non stop raving about the food, presentation, quality, taste etc. We had three dishes, beef, chicken and vegan. The beef-we did sirloin and one guest sliced it open and said “Now that’s how to cook beef!” The chicken was just as big a hit (Prosciutto stuffed chicken) and the vegan dish was a beautiful vegetable stack.
