I recently visited for treatment for my pup, and I was shocked and confused by the receptionist's lack of clarity and knowledge about my visit. When I arrived with a urine sample as part of current treatment, the receptionist was unable to find any information on why I would be there. These folks are top notch in their vet service. Very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to you!
I was a client here for years and they used to be good. I guess at some point, staff must have changed. They no longer know how to handle large dogs. They manhandled my frightened rott mix and refused to allow me to be there to comfort my dog, then got upset and labeled him vicious when he got nippy. After a few choice words, the woman at the front desk attempted to bad mouth me to my new vet. Apparently, being petty takes priority over animals getting care.
