My 5 stars are for Cynthia, and the always wonderful Mona. They truly do care about the patients. My one area of concern that will sadly take me elsewhere is that I’m noticing a change in the practice since becoming part of the Hackensack group. What was once a warm, pleasant, welcoming environment has turned into a business with more of a corporate vibe than I’ve been accustomed to and thoroughly enjoyed over the past 17-20 years.
