Would not recommend. I had this doctor as my mother's Primary Care provider and was always a problem to get moms refills done. We had to beg for a Orthopedic referral for her back pain even after 4 months of trying to make it better with her PCP. Pharmacy Submitted a refill request before my mothers pills ran out and she did not respond. We called her after a couple of days to see if she would go ahead and submit the the re-fills. She did, however the pharmacist wanted to talk to the doc because the directions were confusing... read more

My grandmother was seen today by Dr. Basaldua, with a few health issues. Dr. Basaldua was a delight, she went above and beyond to help my grandmother with her concerns. Dr. Basaldua was patient, attentive, and very kind. She patiently listen to my grandmother about all her health issues and concerns. She was thorough with her examination too. My grandmother left the doctors happy and hopeful because of Dr. Basaldua. I personally can’t thank her enough, and I know my grandmother feels the same way.
