The pediatric nurse staff is terrible. They never answer the phone calls, they make you wait for hours on the line, and when they finally take the call, they told me the nurse was away from the desk and that I could leave a message, they are a PEDIATRIC service, my baby could be in distress, how on earth do they want me to leave a message? This Doctor is so young that the first impresión I had is, oh no, another young doctor! Most of the time doctors who had been on the field for decades are the best one because they have a lot of experience and in my personal opinion I have had bad experiences with young MD in general but I need to say that Dr Abou is so great!
