Dr. Cynthia Abou Zeid has been amazing with our kids. She is incredibly attentive and very detailed whether it has been in person or via a telehealth video call. We've seen other doctors, but I feel she is in tune with her patients needs and to our concerns as parents and explains her diagnosis and steps towards a healthier kiddo very thoroughly. If I could give this Dr. 0 stars I would. The staff and nurses here were excellent professional, kind, and very thorough. The office was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated that they tested my child’s vision and hearing. The doctor, however, was a very different experience. My biggest concern was that my son has been throwing up mucus, which I mentioned multiple times. She never really addressed it and just told me to keep giving him Flonase, which left me feeling unheard. When I asked about juice options (with no added s... read more

If i could leave 0 stars I would. I took my newborn to his first pediatric appointment shortly after my emergency C-section, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. From the start, when the nurse was taking my baby’s vitals, she aggressively removed the monitor strap from his tiny hand, making my premature baby cry.
