No idea where these bad reviews are coming from … I guess it’s the internet these days. But I’ve been a patient of Dr Hurley for 4+ years and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s very thorough, informative, and somehow always takes the time to answer all my questions yet is on time which surprised me because I know she’s as thoughtful with her other patients. Vanessa called less than 19 hours prior to my scheduled appointment to reschedule me as I was a new client. There was no apology. I sat in silence as I was astounded…but complied. Moments later my phone rang. I thought maybe they were calling to say we will contact you if someone cancels…instead I was once again being rescheduled. Don’t bother seeking medical treatment here. This office staff will waste your time and do so with a lack of compassion. :-(
