They used to work fast and dispatch Engineers within a day or two. Now it takes 5 days to send someone to change flash tubes in the laser. I was paying for 3 years warranty and did not use a single part! About 2 months before warranty expires asked them please check if anything need to be changed. They said all good. Now, I need to pay $2400 (which I already did, yes they charge your CC in advance) and wait for 5 days for someone to show up. Very bad company with very very bad work ethics Bought a brand new laser machine for above 130 K, had minor issues the first year Then, as soon as they warranty expired we started having major issues, with the laser chamber, which in any machine should never make problems, as per their technician’s own words Wanted to charge 55k for Repair, then obliged me to buy extended warranty for 36k to cover for 3 years They changed the chamber , problems persisted, every time the machine goes out of service, we stay 2-3 weeks without ... read more
