The car dealer scammed my father into buying this additional insurance policy to pay his deductible should he have a claim. Once it came time to submit the claim they required 6 documents and then requested further documents after that. In the end they rejected the claim saying the repair needed to be done by the dealer which was not on the insurance policy nor did they explain that when I called to inquire about the claim. These are the kinds of agencies that wear you down until you give up. FRAUDULENT!
