Extremely disappointed with my experience at Cynergy Tax. The staff was very unprofessional and so disorganized, I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. There were errors in my tax return that I had to point out myself, and when I brought them up, they were dismissive instead of helpful. I called 74 times in the last 9 hours and I sent 9 emails to them.. I requested for the call back..No one bothers or guide you what needs to be done..Pathetic support..They got the money December last week and this is March first week..Till now no proper update is provided
