It is rare to find a place with such personal service. I am new to cycling and Shannon took time out of his day to explain the nuances of maintenance to this novice, all the while being kind and patient. I am now a new loyal customer and a more confident mountain biker!

Customer service the best. It's not over when you buy the bike. The mechanics are the best. Dont nickel and dime you. Just want to make sure you bike runs like a well oiled machine before it leaves the shop. Bought my 4th Specialized, Stumpjumper, there and love it.
