We paid Jayson in full to pour some concrete in our driveway (dumb, I know). He cashed the check within the hour, sent a couple of guys over a couple of nights later who worked for a few hours, then never showed up again. That was almost a year ago. We ended up having to pay someone else to do the job.
Jayson poured some concrete at our house in May 2019. I paid for this job in full. I come home from vacation in September 2019 to a Construction Lein notice from the cement company for unpaid materials. I looked his business up on DOPL website & his license has since been revoked for multiple judgements against his company.
Fast forward to January 2019 I get a notice of a Construction Lien on my property for non payment to the concrete company. So mad!!!
If you want lack of communication, lies and missed deadlines then this contractor is the one. Going on three weeks and having to extend my permit and the work still sits uncompleted.
