Cyndy is just plain great. I could not afford to sell through a realtor because I would have to pay to sell my house. Cyndy had a program that I actually ended up getting money! She is one of the sweetest, honest person to work with and helped me with every step. I was so overwhelmed and could not sleep at night because of the house but now I can! If you want to talk to someone honest she is the one to call.

Cyndy is awesome to work with..... she is so honest and helped me sell my house and I received much more that if I sold through a realtor!! She came to my house and explained how the program works. I felt so comfortable with Cyndy - thank you!!!!!!!!!

Cyndy did a wonderful job in buying our home. It was very quick, efficient and effortless. In fact, even my realtor advised that this would be the best route to go for the sale of this home. Rather than having the property sit for months on the market and having to keep the property in pristine condition for showings and leaving the home while they showed it, we opted to work with Cyndy and Tom

I had decided that it would be best to sell my house and move on. However, if I sold it through a realtor, then I would have had to come up with over $6000 at closing just to pay the realtor and closing costs.
