I highly recommend Cyndy. So easy to talk to and she really knew how to help me with my house. She gave me a great price on my home and I did not have to do any repairs. I was out of state and she took care of everything. Stress free and took alot off my plate.
I called Cyndy to help me with my home. I was not sure if I could do all the repairs and was not sure when I was going to move. Cyndy came and met me at my house and was so nice. She told me I did not have to do any repairs and I could pick when I wanted to move. I even got more money than if I went with a local Realtor. I highly recommend and you will love Cyndy

Cyndy and Tom are the nicest people. I have known Cyndy for years and she is a really great person. She has helped with a rental and then I purchased a house from her! I did a rent to own and she helped me all the way through the process. I would never been able to purchase a house if Cyndy did not help
