I’ve been dealing with Lauren and Cyndi for over 5 years. They are amazing and I couldn’t ask for a more attentive and detail oriented team to be handling my insurance needs. If you are going to use StateFarm I highly recommend this office as a great resource for all your insurance needs.
My husband passed September of 2023. I needed to remove him from my auto policy according to MVA in order to get my vehicle registration for our 3 vehicles. After this was done, I was issued 3 checks from State Farm. The checks were made out to Hannah AND Rodney Goodman. But because the checks had AND, I needed my husband's signature according to the bank. I spoke with Lauren about this, and she said it will take a long, long time to re-issue the checks. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always go out of their way to help when I need it. Insurance is one of those things where you hope to never need, but if you do, it's nice to know the agent (and staff) have your back.
Enjoyed yet another helpful, efficient and satisfying experience with the State Farm folks in Towson, Md. Renewal of my renters insurance was completed in less than 15 minutes with all questions answered, copies provided and piece of mind restored. This from a 77 year old senior whose computer skills are at best limited. Now relocating to Cary, NC. Their assistance has been invaluable in making the required changes in a timely manner.
